Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter Qualitätssicherung/Messtechnik zur Organisation und Koordination der Wareneingangskontrolle sowie der Durchführung von fertigungsbegleitenden Prüfungen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Organisation und Koordination der Wareneingangskontrolle
Durchführung von fertigungsbegleitenden Prüfungen
Prüfen von Bauteilen auf Maßhaltigkeit mittels vorhandener Mess- und Prüfeinrichtungen, z.B. 3D-Koordinatenmessmaschine inkl. Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
Erstellung aller geforderten Dokumentationen und Berichte
Erstbemusterungen von gefertigten und zugekauften Teilen und Komponenten
Umsetzung der internen Qualitätsvorgaben und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
Verwaltung, Überwachung, Wartung und Pflege des Mess- und Prüfgerätesortimentes

Das bringen Sie mit:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (Zerspanung, Montage) mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung / Mess- /Prüftechnik
Erfahrungen in der Programmierung und im Umgang mit hochwertigen Mess- und Prüfgeräten (v.a. 3D-Koordinatenmessmaschinen)
fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
Gutes technisches Verständnis und räumliches Denkvermögen
Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Englische Sprachkenntnisse
